API Program Converts "MIME Part" Data to Rich Text Format

Technote Number: 1095681

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Notes 5.0.2. Three OPEN_xxx flags are exposed in the Notes 5.0.2 API and are
defined in nsfnote.h. These flags are documented in the 5.0.2 Release Notes.

In prior releases, the API does not contain any methods by which MIME data can
retain its native type. By default, this data is converted to Rich Text when a
note is opened. When NSFNoteUpdate() is called on the note, the data is saved
back to disk as rich text.
